Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive RPA Developer to join our automation team. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, build reliable bots, and ensure their ongoing performance and stability.
Bot Development:
• Design and develop RPA bots using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure bots perform as expected.
Bot Maintenance & Support:
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform regular updates and enhancements to existing bots based on feedback or changing business needs.
• Maintain documentation for bot configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
Process Optimization:
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of bots.
• Provide regular updates on bot performance, issues, and resolutions.
Qualification & Requirements
Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Strong understanding of process automation, scripting, and workflow design.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript is a plus.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
