Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Developer at McCalla Integrative Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions on the Microsoft technology stack. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of innovative integration solutions that redefine the future of business systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design efficient solutions.
Develop, test and maintain high-quality .NET applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer.
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid understanding of database design and SQL Server.
Experience in microservices architecture development is added value.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
